Packing foam

Pick your box, drop in your parts as STL files, and turn each one the way you want it to sit. Packing foam lays them out and designs a tray and top pad with a pocket for every part that lets it lift straight out, with finger scoops on the side the box opens.

Print it in TPU or a lightweight filament with sparse infill and it cushions like foam. The pieces are split to fit your printer bed and download as STL, 3MF or a ZIP.
